DRIVER'S LICENCE AND AGE LIMITS
Your UK driving licence is valid for driving in Turkey. For groups B, C, D, E and N the minimum age requirement is 21 with a full driving licence held for at least one year. Groups G, H, M and J require a minimum age of 25 with a full driving licence held for at least two years. For group I, the minimum age is 27 with a full licence held for three years.

RENTAL PERIOD
Rental periods are calculated on a 24 hour basis.

WHAT IS INCLUDED AND EXCLUDED IN THE RATES
Rates are inclusive of unlimited free kilometers, cost of oil and technical maintenance. Petrol and mandatory Value Added Tax at the rate of 18% are on the customer's account.

DELIVERY AND PICK-UP
Free delivery and pick-up service is available within city borders during office working hours.

DELAYED RETURN
If the vehicle is returned after the agreed return time, 1/3 of the daily rental rate is charged for every excess hour. If the delay is exceeded by 3 hours, the full daily rental rate is charged.

INSURANCES
It is a must that all rentals are fully insured according to the law and also to suit to the customers requirements. There are two types of insurances offered by MYCAR. The first is the mandatory Third Party insurance, governed by Turkish law. The second is a Voluntary (but recommended) insurance which covers Collision Damage and theft Protection.

PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of rental. This can be made with either cash or any of the major credit cards e.g. Diners Card, American Express, Visa, Eurocard and MasterCard

TRAFFIC FINES
Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations that occur during the rental period are charged to the renter.

FUEL POLICY
Vehicles are delivered with an empty tank, and are expected to be returned empty.

FERRYING THE CAR
This is not permitted by MYCAR.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation of car rental over 24 hours before pick up time = No charge
Cancellation of car rental within 24 hours of pick up time = 100% total cost

IMPORTANT NOTES
In case of an accident, the vehicle must not be moved from the accident site and the accident and alcohol reports must be obtained from the nearest police or Jandarma station in order to satisfy the insurers.
