Standart Terms and Conditions
- Payment for hire is to be made on collection of vehicle.
- All contracts are separate to, and cannot be used with, any other promotions run by MyCar.
- User of the vehicle must be over the age of 21 and have a valid driving license.
- All payments relating to traffic offences will be charged to the credit/debit card details supplied by you, without previous notification. Proof of such charges and a payment receipt will be sent to you by post and debited from you credit card.
- In the event of an accident or breakdown, MyCar is to be contacted immediately.
- In the event that the car you have contracted for is unavailable, MyCar will supply a car of similar specification or better.
- The cars must be returned to Mycar Didim head office in the same condition in which received. (i.e. clean and fuel level must be the same).
- MyCar cannot be held responsible in any way or means to any incident connected to the vehicle by the ‘hirer’ or ‘user’ of the vehicle. If it is found to be the ‘users’ fault, the client will pay all costs.
- No Smoking in the vehicle, otherwise a cleaning charge of £50 will be applied.
- Coupon void if bought, bartered or sold for cash
- Original voucher must be presented at the counter upon arrival. You must print the relevant voucher from www.mycardidim.com to be entitled for the promotion
- One voucher per MYCAR rental and void once redeemed
- Voucher expires 1 year from the purchase date
- We have the right to cancel the promotion at anytime
Free day does not include taxes (including VAT), other governmentally-authorized or imposed surcharges, license recoupment/, airport and airport facility fees, fuel, additional driver fee. |
